Why in the murder rate in Rwanda Africa, 0% White on Blacks, but in the USA it is 65% White on black murders?

There are many Whites there trying to civilize them and they are the ones getting murdered. I say get ALL Whites out of ALL African countries so the can become what they were again, before the White man took their gold, diamonds, bones and other trinkets. Any ideas on this?
