Spiritually speaking, is it safe to enter this room?

Okay, so my family and I live in Arizona and we was renting out rooms in our house to people and this one guy stayed in our house with his daughter and they rented a room in our house. He also owns a house out in Massachussetts. For 2 months he stayed in a room at our house in az but then we decided to visit him back in Masachussets becae he was returning for a visit to his house but he was also still renting a room at our house. we visited his house but inside his house there were satanic stuff everywhere like pentagrams and alters and posters of satanic metal bands and little trinkets of demons and satan. my dad got really mad at him for being a satanist and he kicked him out of our house and we returned home. we also looked in his room. he put up a black curtain on the other side of his door which kept us from looking in ut we opened the black curtain and saw a bunch of satanic stuffs in the room he was rented. so is it safeto enter this room? do we need to get a medium to clear out any evil spirits or demons?
