Does he like me?????

Does he like me? we talk all the time, and we go on these nice secluded walks, and look at stars, and just talk. Hes sweet, he went through a lot of trouble putting together my secret Santa present which was an amazing scavenger hunt, and he always gets me like these little trinkets and stuff. We have inside jokes, and sometimes i really feel that we have so much in common, he says we think the same, and that I am just as stubborn as him though =/. But i am not sure if he just sees us as friends or wants to be something more...
